About The 239 Weekly

The 239 Weekly is a free Friday newsletter covering real estate, local news, and life on the Paradise Coast, from Naples and Bonita Springs to Estero and Marco Island.

Each issue gives you three things in about five minutes: the market (rates, prices, days on market, and what the numbers mean for you), the local news that matters (development approvals, road projects, tax and insurance changes), and life here (new restaurants, openings, and events worth knowing about).

I’m Jeremy O’Guinn, a Broker Associate and Certified Negotiation Expert with Downing-Frye Realty. I’ve been licensed in Florida since 2008 and have spent 18+ years helping people buy and sell luxury, waterfront, and golf community homes across Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and Estero. I started The 239 Weekly because the most useful local information is scattered across a dozen sources, and my clients kept asking me to explain what it all means.
